Savoy Foundation’s Annual Ballo di Savoia Weekend Filled With Events

The American Foundation of Savoy Orders' annual gala, the Ballo di Savoia, will be held on the evening of Saturday, December 13th, preceded and followed by several events. This year, a Welcome Reception is planned for Friday, December 12th. The reception will be held in the private dining room of the renowned University Club on Fifth Avenue in New York City - a magnificent Renaissance palazzo-style revival building designed by famed architects McKim, Mead and White. This will be an evening of confraternity in a setting of old-world elegance. In addition to the traditional Gala Ball on Saturday evening at the Colony Club, there will be a Mass and Investiture for the Knights and Dames of the Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus and for the Order of Merit of Savoy on Saturday morning, December 13th at the Lady Chapel in St. Patrick’s Cathedral and a Procession and Mass at the Cathedral on Sunday, December 14.
