Savoy Grant to Doctors without Borders for Haiti Earthquake Relief

The Savoy Foundation’s commitment to disaster relief goes back to our beginnings, when we awarded our a grant to Catholic Charities USA–World Trade Center Fund after the epic 9/11 attack in New York City. Our vision is to promote compassion through timely emergency and recovery actions that address the needs of the most vulnerable by providing for the immediate needs for food, water and shelter. Supporting supplemental grants have been made to Doctors Without Borders for Tsunami Relief and Haiti Earthquake Relief and to the the Italian Red Cross for Abruzzo Earthquake Relief, who have an established international network of disaster aid programs.
