About The Program
The American Foundation of Savoy Orders established the Savoy Orders Pigott Scholarship Fund through a generous and deeply appreciated gift from the Mark Pigott Family. The program provides up to three $2,500 scholarships to undergraduate or graduate students majoring in the Humanities and Fine Arts orc in International Studies.
The International Studies scholarship is linked to the Foundation’s NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations and recipients of the grant are required to attend and report on NGO sessions at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City.
Although not an exclusive requirement and based on applications received, priority will be given to applicants for the Humanities and Fine Arts scholarship for study abroad, with a preference for study in Italy. For information regarding scholarships grants, please view our Scholarship Guidelines & Application. If you are unable to find the answer to your question there, contact Larissa Van Duser at [email protected] or call 212-972-0495.
